Pope Pius X was Pope from 1903 to his death in 1914. He was canonized, a practice by the church of declaring someone as a saint or angel after their death. One of the most notable things about Pope Pius X is that he was completely against the practice of Modernism. One of his very surprising quotes against the practice is, "They want them to be treated with oil, soap and caresses. But they should be beaten with fists. In a duel, you don't count or measure the blows, you strike as you can" (Pope And Mussolini' Tells The 'Secret History' Of Fascism And The Church) The Pope is on this list of Ubermensch because of his strong views and beliefs that earned the belief and willingness of most of his crowd, despite his blatant discrimination against other religions in various cases. The pope remains an official saint for all that he has done for the Church.

Mahatma Gandhi was seen as the leader of the Indian Independence Movement, however during the time period of 1899-1914 he is in South Africa, and the age of 24. During this time he learns of discrimination against people of all different types and kinds of color. He becomes famous during the time for his silent disobedience, and the silent protests he will hold. One instance was when he was in Durban and a group of white settlers mobbed him. After barely escaping the incident he decided to not press charges for any of the crimes against him as one of his principles is not to seek redress for a personal wrong in the court of law. (Manas: History and Politics, Mahatma Gandhi)
Right before the World War One, from 1914 until the war he was struggling for Indian rights, Gandhi became head of the Indian National Congress, and declared the independence of India.
Mahatma Gandhi is an ubermensch because of the amazing things he did in his life that changed rules and laws throughout the world. Gandhi's principles were so famed that the religion Gandhism was created. Many people consider him a messenger of God because of all he did to help the world, like the protests and rights that he earned for people of color. His principles have been adopted into many cultures and stay perfectly moral and logical, Gandhi was one of the most influential leaders of his time.

Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt was the twenty-sixth president of the united states. He was notorious in his presidency for getting lots of things done as he was most always in the majority. Roosevelt began as the Governor of New York and was then promoted to Vice President, where he was expected to stay until his time had run out then quietly leave without disturbing or looking in any political matters. This all changed on September 6, when President McKinley was shot. He died on the 14th, only eight days after he was shot (Theodore Roosevelt). Teddy Roosevelt eventually becomes President of the United States through a fluke in the system. He ends up creating National Parks, as he is a naturalist, and he prepares the country for war as he is a soldier. He was the first president to win a Nobel Peace prize, and he has made further amazing accomplishments like the begging construction of the Panama Canal. Roosevelt brings many needed but unexpected assets to America, and this is the reason he is in the top Ubermensches.
